work
methodology

From the objective proposed by the customer, we analyze the content, we collect as much information about the work, we study the market and expectations. When prompted, we ensure production and monitoring in the graphic.

BRIEFING

We believe in partnership with the Customer we set the whole process in close collaboration with this before starting work.

A thorough briefing is halfway to quality work.

Preferably, the briefings should be simple, direct and... written.

They must contain:

  • A job summary

  • Your communication goals

  • Corporate identity (as defined or set)

  • The use of photographs (will be used? How are provided? What format?)

  • The design concepts that you want

  • The forecast of the author's corrections (are minimal or substantial?)

  • Production specifications (number of pages, number, paper quality, dimensions, machining, etc.)

  • Desired production timings

  • It is important to send us existing communication materials in the company.

WORK ANALYSIS

The initial briefing gives us a general idea of their claims. Then carefully analyze all aspects of the work to be done:

  • Market research

  • Target analysis

  • Main message or theme to develop

  • Study of existing communication materials

  • Analysis of the requirements of the existing Corporate Image

  • graphics type (sober, dashing, with photographic support ...)

  • Choice of fonts and text spot

  • Study of graphics or other support elements

  • Photos

  • Chromatic Preferences

  • Collection marks, logos, ...

  • Dimensions and production limitations

  • Approval Process

  • Production Calendar

  • Contacts and customer responsibilities

  • Choose from suppliers

  • Material Delivery

CREATION

At this stage we analyze the result of the work with the client and prepare the first drafts, to produce a concept. We always have in mind the technical constraints in order to produce a model with high resolution images, in addition to constant concern with aspects such as the quality of color.

MOCKUP PRESENTATION

The AF Atelier presents a model the next color of the final piece. To this end, we are equipped with the latest standard technologies in the graphic area.
When there are changes to the work, it is at this point that should be discussed. Subsequently, the AF Atelier provides PDF files to confirm the changes.

WORK PRODUCTION

A poor choice of roles or graphic may distort completely the piece created. So we have a range of suppliers well equipped, with proven track record in its field, they know and respect.

FINAL ART

This component arises to fill a market gap. The great lack of professionals with a deep knowledge of the production of technical processes (preparing the work for CTP, paging, image retouching, etc.) requires a lot of Advertising Agencies to resort to outsourcing.
We provide a rigorous, technically correct, with the advantage of being produced by designers, allowing a constant and constructive analysis.
